Low Vibration & High Vibration Foods

I remember hearing the phrase, you are what you eat and wondering what exactly it meant. My mom said it, health professionals mentioned it and many spiritual practices discussed it.

Food either supports our journey to become who we are or takes away from it. In ancient texts food was referred to as one path to enlightenment. When we arrive on the plant we have a very high vibration. We haven’t been exposed to environmental or emotional toxins yet. As time goes by and our exposure increases, we lose that high vibration.

What we eat makes a big difference. Foods have either lots of toxins or very little. High vibration or low vibration.

Foods that aren’t processed or cooked, living foods, have high vibrations. Organic fruits, vegetables and grains contain enzymes that are the life force for our cells. Enzymes assist in digesting and absorbing foods and they’re plentiful in living foods. Your body has about 35 years of natural enzyme production before it starts slowing down. If you eat mostly processed or cooked foods you are not replenishing your supply. Your body will pillage enzymes from your organs. In time, this causes burn out, illness and disease. Your energy (vibration), drops and you’re headed for death.

Your bodies only concern becomes survival. You may feel weak, have low energy, brain fog, become ill. Many illnesses are connected to processed foods and sugar, which are lower vibrations.

Coming back to the phrase, you are what you eat. The more living foods you eat, the more alive you are. Food for thought.

Recognize Inspiration…Everytime!

The universe provides us the ability to take divinely inspired actions so that we can have the abundance we seek. Though these opportunities may come in unexpected ways and can be hard to see, you must take advantage of them.

Open Every Door

When a doorway is presented to you do you open it or do you walk away? How will you ever know if a door leads to opportunity if you do not open it? Take every opportunity to be inspired. You need to open every door you are presented with until you come to realize on an emotional level that it is not aligned with what you seek. Once you start searching the doors, you will learn more and then know if that doorway is for you or not.

When you agree to be open to possibilities you can begin to refine your vision of abundance and you will know when an opportunity is for you to take. Understand that there is no need for disappointment when an opportunity isn’t the right one. Be grateful to the universe for providing it and proud of yourself for searching out all of the possibilities. Then you’ll know that even though this isn’t the action you are supposed to take, you’ve learned something for the future. If you choose to be focused on disappointment the universe will be obliged to give you more disappointment.

Remember that even if a door isn’t the right one, you may have to walk through it to find the right door for you. Don’t be hesitant if you see a doorway ahead that is hard to understand or looks different. Look upon it as a learning opportunity so that when you go through it you will have gained something valuable. Always be grateful for the doors you pass through. There will always be more doorways; there is never a dead end. Keep applying what you’ve learned to each new door you open. When you step through one doorway, another awaits you until you reach the opportunity you seek.

If you bring your thoughts, emotions and energies into balance with your desires, your door will open easily; however if you are not in harmony with your desires you will have to tear the door down.

Negativity

Everyone has negative experiences, even those of us with deep spiritual connections and daily energetic practices. Negative experiences are part of being human. The Law of Attraction student who encounters a negative situation should trace back the events until they find their own personal responsibility for the outcome. Hindsight is 20/20, as they say, so we often aren’t aware enough to prevent the experience in the first place, but with practice we can get better at it every day.

The trick is to stop looking at our negative experiences as negative. When we claim our negative experiences as negative, we’re saying we are not capable, talented, or good enough. We get in the way of divine inspiration.

There are always chances to view something in a negative light but when we do that we are labeling the experience with negativity and saying it is our fault. Our growth becomes stagnant and it affects our ability to be resilient. Because our resiliency is in question, we do not attract what we desire. Look on experiences as always being positive because they all provide us with chances to learn. If a situation is negative, change it into a positive by speaking of its value and its importance. We can take an opportunity and learn from it all that it has to teach us and then we can move on to the next door.

The Truth About Improving Concentration Skills

When we are children, we are naturally creative and as we focus on one thing, we develop concentration skills that allow us to focus on one thing for long periods of time. However, as we grow and age, those efforts and abilities begin to fade away. We find ourselves not wanting to be artistic, to draw or paint and we certainly aren’t open to having that work criticized by others when we do get creative.

Therefore we end up creating what we think society will approve of rather than what we really want to. We begin to think we have to commit to many things all at once and this makes our concentration skills suffer as a result of it. When you use your hands to stimulate the brain, you will be able to draw and to paint freely. Also you’re focusing in on one activity and not several at the same time.

A great way to start this important process is by doodling in the margins of your papers when you are deep in thought. Forcing yourself ot focus on only one activity will allow you to develop and refine those very important concentration skills. The idea focuses around keeping your hands moving constantly, and doodling is a good start if you are unable to think of anything else to draw or write when you first begin.

With this process, as information flow into your consciousness you will be able to write it down. It is important as you work through this process to keep your brain stimulated. Knitting, sewing and weaving are all also excellent activities to help with this process. Not only will you make useful and lovely things using your hands in this manner, but the activity will also serve to stimulate your brain.

If you don’t have any particular kinds of things you like to do, take a trip to the nearest craft store and wander through. It’s a guarantee that something will grab your attention and interest! Be sure and stay focused on the idea that whatever you decide to do the long term results will be your brain activity being stimulated. A lot of people have found that by using their hands to create stimulation to the brain they also have a great release of tension as well.

A sense of mental well being, and the benefits of that, are too important to let slide. A lot of people will admit once they reached that level place in their minds they had better ideas than they had ever come up with before. Again, this all starts with your skills in concentrating. It’s time to stop trying to keep too many balls in the air and change your focus.

Many people enjoy playing games as a source of entertainment as well as a way to have some fun. However, playing games also helps you to improve concentration. There are plenty of games that fall into this category. Sudoku has become a very popular game that people play.

This is a numbers puzzle that uses a grid. The grid is filled in using numbers 1 through 9, and each line going across or down will only have the digits 1 through 9 listed one time. Deductive reasoning is required for sudoku as there are many possibilities for the different squares, and it takes a great deal of concentration to determine which is the correct number to fill in.

There are also different board games that will help you improve concentration. Board games are a great deal of fun, but they also offer your brain a good workout as you play them. The internet is full of places where board games can be enjoyed. Memory and scrabble are some that can be accessed online and are particularly good for improving concentration skills.

If you want to be able to remember details of your day write them down in a journal or a diary. Your thinking process will improve as you do this.

Try to get into the habit of writing down what your true feelings are without allowing yourself to analyze what you are doing. This freedom is going to help you uncover how you really feel about a certain topic. Try to remember all of the details of an event that you wish to help improve memory.

Identify the five senses that were present for that event to take place. In order to really benefit your thinking process you should write down something every day. Many people do so at the end of the day as a way to help them relax and unwind in the evening to help improve memory.

Some people feel that they can inspire their entire day by writing down their thoughts and feelings before they do anything else in the morning. If you write down the goals that you wish to achieve, you have a greater chance of actually achieving them in the near future.
