We all want to experience fat loss and have it stay off for good. But why with some people this is a reality and with others it is a constant struggle for life? How does the average person with less than ideal genes get themselves prepared for the road of weight loss.
The first step to the beginning of any weight loss plan is to prepare emotionally. Discuss either in your head or right out loud to yourself why you are doing this and what you are going to do to make it happen. Throw in there a few good words about how you are worth it and how good you will feel after shedding some pounds.
Now this next step can take many different forms and there may not be a perfect way to do it. But have a farewell meal where the whole point is to eat all the things that you are saying goodbye to so that you have no excuse to fall off the wagon after the point your diet begins.
Exercise is a key point to losing weight for anyone and everyone. You do not have to sign up for a marathon and half kill yourself everyday. Just start off easy with a walk a few times a week and go from there. Listen to your body and just do a little bit everyday and enjoy it.
Do not over think what you are doing, take each day as it goes. If you eat something that you should not eat do not beat yourself up about it. Mistakes happen and you just refocus and carry on.
There takes a certain amount of discipline and focus to succeed at fat loss. If you want it bad enough you will work hard and say no to yourself enough to do it.
