If the tape becomes soggy, simply remove the tape and let the area breathe at night. It is thought to work because when the tape is lifted, it removes dead skin cells and removes the virus. Another theory is when the area is covered; it causes the body’s natural defenses to work faster towards eliminating the virus.

An over the counter method is salicylic acid. Use this on the growth every day until it eventually goes away. This also takes a few weeks to get rid of the wart. A file should be used daily to slough off dead skin.

Aspirin, baking soda, papaya, milkweed, and chalk are all some ideas that might help. Tea tree oil which is an antiseptic can be used as well. This removes bacteria. Apply a few drops and rub into the skin.

6 Step Weight Loss Cleanse

Perform a set of resistance exercise, then do one minute of aerobic exercise such as jumping rope, running in place or rebounding. Then do another set of resistance followed by another minute of aerobics. Continue this until you have completed 30-40 minutes of exercise.
