4. Guard your sleep schedule: You need deep sleep at the same times day in and day out. This is the best way to make sure you can maximize testosterone production when it happens at its peak, during the early morning. If you don’t sleep well, you will compromise production.

5. Keep stress low: Now I know that this isn’t easy since sources of stress are many. But this shouldn’t dissuade you from experimenting with different stress reducing techniques. The biggest mistake many people make is not experimenting enough.

Naturally maximizing testosterone production in your body is the best thing you can do to maximize fat loss. The most important element here, however, is taking action now, not later!
